The plug will not detach easily. This item has received ETL certification and represents an international brand. Each product undergoes inspection and testing prior to leaving the factory.
What should I do if the switch power outlet remains unpowered?
If the product is unresponsive, you may check if the fuse at the AC input outlet has blown or verify if the overload protection switch is engaged. If it is, you can reset it manually.
The mentioned power cord is of 16 AWG wire gauge. Is it capable of handling a total current of 15A?
