Verify the dimensions of your air filter. Remove the plastic covering from your new filter and identify the arrows indicating air flow direction. Open your air vent cover, place the new filter with the arrows aligned properly, and then close the air vent cover.

MERV stands for Minimum Efficiency Reporting Values, which indicates a filter’s capability to trap microscopic particles ranging from 0.3 to 10 microns (µm). The greater the MERV level, the more effective it is at filtering these fine particles.
