Fire Rated & IC Rated: Featuring a reinforced, fire-resistant steel shell, Amico fire-rated downlight meets UL263, ASTM E119, & CAN ULC S101 standards, providing a 2-hour fire rating and eliminating the necessity for cans or fire cone covers. The Junction box is also IC Rated, allowing it to come into contact with insulation in ceilings. It requires only a minimum ceiling space of 2 inches.
